Will the Zip Line work for my backyard?
The Zip Line works great in almost every backyard!

We recommend 2 sturdy posts or trees setup from 50 up to 190 ft feet apart. We recommend buy the kit that has 10 ft in additional to the distance between trees/posts. For example: 95 ft distance meaning you need a kit that is 105 ft +
If the Zip Line does not fit your backyard you can always return it for a full refund! We have less than a 1% return rate :)
What is the difference between the Turnbuckle Setup and Quick Install Kit
The turnbuckle is a traditional setup method that is provided in the 100' kit it takes longer to get the tension out of the line.
The quick setup kit can get the slack out in minutes using ratchets that are included in the kit!
How long does it take to setup?
For first time users it can take 15 minutes to setup (Quick Setup Kit) and 1 hours for the turnbuckle installation. The great thing is its just a one time setup!
Do I have to take down the Zip Line?
Nope, you can leave it up all year long as we use 304 stainless steel in every zipline kit we sell
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the Continental USA only. Shipments are sent out within 1 business day and generally take 3-5 days to arrive.
What is your return policy?
We have a 60-day hassle-free return policy! If you don't absolutely love your Zip Line we will take it back!
